The second TV anime series based on Takao Aoki's manga serialized in CoroCoro Comic, produced by Nippon Animedia. It aired for 51 episodes on TV Tokyo from January to December 2002. After winning the world championship, Takao and the BBA team face new adversaries including the Saint Shields who seek to seal the Sacred Beasts. The series depicts fierce battles over the Four Sacred Beasts and the bonds of friendship.
