Demon Lord Dante

A TV anime based on Go Nagai's manga, produced by Magic Bus. It aired for 13 episodes from August to November 2002. The story depicts the ancient war between "God" and demons on Earth. When modern-day Ryo Utsugi merges with the revived Demon Lord Dante, he is thrust into the conflict between humans and demons. This dark fantasy is considered a precursor to Nagai's later "Devilman."
