Doujin Work is a TV anime based on the 4-panel manga by Hiroyuki, serialized in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara, produced by REMIC. It aired 12 episodes from July to September 2007. Protagonist Najimi Osana is invited by her friend Tsuyuri to help sell doujinshi at a convention, where she reunites with childhood friend Justice. Inspired by their impressive sales numbers, Najimi decides to start creating doujinshi herself. A comedic look at the joys and struggles of fan-made manga production.
