The second series of the TV anime produced by OLM for NHK, aired on NHK Educational Television. Series composition by Reiko Yoshida, character design by Yoshihiko Umakoshi, and Henamon creature consultation by Hiroshi Aramata. The story follows Kasumi Haruno, a fourth-grade girl whose zoologist parents have departed for research in Africa, leaving her to board with the Kasumi household. The mansion is home to "Henamons," mysterious spirit-like creatures inhabiting household appliances and furniture. While managing housework, Kasumi spends lively days interacting with these colorful residents. The second series introduces new Henamons and human characters, further expanding the friendships.
