A TV anime produced by Sunrise, aired on the TV Tokyo network. An original work based on Bandai's Machine Robo toy series. Set in a near-future where people can take jobs based on talent regardless of age, a rescue team of robots called "Machine Robo" is formed to handle emergencies beyond normal rescue teams' capabilities. Selected boys and girls undergo rigorous training for disaster relief, while the mysterious organization "Disasters" operates in the shadows.
