A TV anime produced by OLM, adapting Agatha Christie's iconic mystery novel series featuring Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple. Broadcast on NHK General Television's Anime Theater block for 39 episodes. An original character named Mabel, who is Marple's relative and Poirot's assistant, bridges the two famous detective series into one unified story. Mabel is the daughter of Marple's nephew Raymond, a girl who struggles to fit in at her boarding school and seeks her own path in life. Notable actors were cast in lead roles, with Kotaro Satomi as Poirot and Chigusa Takayama as Marple. Each episode was followed by a live-action mini-segment exploring the real English locations that inspired Christie's novels.
