Natural airhead Rino Rando transfers to Miyagami Academy and becomes a member of the powerful "Best Student Council" that governs the school, enjoying school life with her colorful fellow members. Skillfully blending comedy and drama, this 26-episode series depicts the friendship and growth of its heroines, featuring a star-studded voice cast led by Yukari Tamura.
