A family comedy produced by Toei Animation based on Eriko Ono's children's manga. The series follows junior high schooler Miiko Yamada through the ups and downs of daily life with her family and friends. Airing as part of the TV Asahi omnibus block 'Anime Shuukan DX! Mii-Fa-Puu' alongside two sister shorts, it charmed family audiences with its warm humor. Miiko's endearingly clumsy personality and her unfailingly upbeat outlook, even when things go wrong, give the show its bright, cheerful tone.
