Young Popuri becomes an apprentice at a mysterious apothecary run by the witch Fukiko, and through daily encounters with townsfolk, spirits of the seasons, and a colorful circle of witch friends, she grows step by step as both a witch and a person. Its gentle world and warm cast made it a family-friendly favorite alongside its sister shorts on the same broadcast block.
