An original science-fiction action series from Sunrise. On a wasted future Earth, Shu, a boy who escapes the massive dome city of Datania, meets a band of young warriors who pilot android weapons called Eightron and sets out in search of the legendary utopian city of Amorroth. The show takes a road-movie approach to portray rebellion against a managed society, meetings and partings with companions, and the growth of youths caught between hope and despair, paired with theme songs by up-and-coming Japanese musicians of the era.
