The fifth installment of Studio Pierrot's magical girl series, presented as an original work. Third-grader Miho Shinohara is granted a magical pen and sketchbook by two dinosaur fairies named Pigu and Mogu and uses their power to transform into the slightly older idol Fancy Lala. As she steps into the adult world of show business, Miho meets many people and little by little begins to face her own dreams and feelings, with gentle storytelling that moves smoothly between her everyday life and her idol activities.
