Lupin III: Tokyo Crisis

A TV special entry in the Lupin III series based on Monkey Punch's manga. The Lupin gang chases a fortune hidden behind two glass-plate photographs of shogun Tokugawa Yoshinobu, clashing with Michael Suzuki, a young tycoon building a massive artificial-island theme park in Tokyo Bay. As the first entry set entirely in contemporary Tokyo, it showcases landmarks such as Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba, while putting Inspector Zenigata at the heart of the action.
