Protagonist Tenchi Masaki commutes to a Tokyo prep school while the extraterrestrial girls who love him stir up chaos around his everyday life, leading to comic misadventures and gentle romance. With its softer tone, new characters and accessible comedic approach, it offered a welcoming entry point into the Tenchi Muyo! universe.
