Berserk: The Sword-Wind Chronicles

A TV anime adaptation of Kentaro Miura's dark fantasy manga. Set in a war-torn medieval world, it follows the mercenary swordsman Guts and his fateful meeting with Griffith, the charismatic leader of the Band of the Hawk, through to the tragic Eclipse arc. Produced by OLM with a score by Susumu Hirasawa, the series is considered a landmark of dark fantasy anime.
