Gegege no Kitaro: Daikaiju

A theatrical feature based on Shigeru Mizuki's yokai manga. When a girl named Megumi's father vanishes on Barlu Island in New Guinea, Kitaro journeys there to rescue him and is transformed into a giant sea beast by vengeful southern yokai. After rampaging through Tokyo in monstrous form, Kitaro regains himself and faces the foreign yokai in a climactic showdown.
