The third installment in the Future GPX Cyber Formula franchise, following the TV series and the OVA Double One. Directed by Mitsuo Fukuda and produced by Sunrise, it depicts genius driver Hayato Kazami clawing his way back from a slump alongside new teammates and old rivals, balancing intense circuit drama with coming-of-age character work. A crucial bridge to the later SAGA and SIN OVAs.
