In its world, the lost technology of the original Orguss survives as 'Decimators' that are now being unearthed across the globe, fueling rising tensions among rival nations. When Lieu, a young engineer in a mining town, stumbles upon one of the massive humanoid weapons, he is dragged into a sweeping conspiracy. Produced by J.C.Staff across six episodes, the OVA balances mecha action with a contemplative, almost melancholy mood, anchored by Hikashu's drifting opening theme 'Fushigi wo Mitsumete'.
