Centered on Bow, a hopelessly mischievous dog, his hapless owner Sabu, and the rest of the bickering Inugami household, each installment delivers a self-contained slapstick farce involving the colorful neighbors of their suburban block. Later episodes lean more into Sabu's unrequited crush and quieter family beats, weaving real emotion through the comedy. With LINDBERG's punchy opening 'Daikirai!' and other songs by prominent J-POP acts, the show gives off a vivid, very-1993 pop sheen.
