A theatrical feature based on Kiyoshi Nagamatsu's hit manga, produced by Studio Comet. The original series turns the cramped Akabane home of timid high-school boy Tsuyoshi Igawa and his trio of overbearing older sisters into a cracking domestic comedy; here, a time machine sweeps the whole family across past and future eras, forcing them to keep rebuilding their relationships at every turn. Directed by Shin Misawa with music by Kuniaki Haishima, the film keeps the manga's loose, affectionate humor at the forefront. Maki Kanzaki's bright theme song 'GOOD DAY I-N-G' gives the chaos a sunny finish.
