Original TV anime produced by Tatsunoko Production under director Kunitoshi Okajima, broadcast on TV Tokyo. Set in the fictional Edo-style metropolis 'Edoropolis,' it follows three cat-shaped Animaloids called the 'Nyankii' who moonlight as pizza shop staff while battling the corrupt elder Ko-on-no-Kami and the crow-shaped Karakara clan plotting to overthrow the shogunate. A genre mash-up of ninja, jidaigeki, and superhero action, it stars then-rising voices Katsuhei Yamaguchi, Jurota Kosugi, and Ai Orikasa as Yattaro, Sukashi, and Pururun.
