Twelve-year-old Princess Mint (Hiroko Kasahara) of the magical kingdom undertakes training in the human world as the 'Magical Angel,' running the neighborhood Happiness Shop while using magic to help troubled humans and restore color to the flowers of Rainbow Valley. Working alongside companions Waffle, Plum, and Nuts, the show builds up tender single-episode stories addressing the small problems of weekly guest characters.
