A slapstick comedy anime produced by Tatsunoko Production, the second installment in the Time Bokan series and its longest run at 108 episodes. Young Gan-chan and Ai-chan from the toy shop "Yatter" pilot giant mecha dogs Yatterwan and Yatterking to combat the Doronbo Gang (Doronjo, Boyacky, and Tonzra) who seek the Skull Stones on orders from Dokurobei. The iconic villains and patterned episode structure made it a long-loved national franchise with later remakes and live-action films.
