A TV anime produced by Studio KAI, based on the manga by Shotaro Ishinomori (original creator), Riku Sanjo (script), and Masaki Sato (art), serialized in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits. The legitimate sequel to the tokusatsu drama "Kamen Rider W." The series has exceeded 2.1 million copies in circulation (as of April 2022). Though Shotaro and Philip protected "Fuuto City," mysterious incidents still plague the city's underside. A mysterious beauty named Tokime appears before the two detectives. Her request triggers a confrontation with new evil shadows, opening a new chapter of Kamen Rider W's battles. Ryu Terui and Akiko Narumi continue to appear. 12 episodes. Main cast includes Yoshimasa Hosoya as Shotaro, Koki Uchiyama as Philip, Akira Sekine as Tokime, and Makoto Furukawa as Ryu.
