MAKE-UP is a rock band widely known for the theme of 'Saint Seiya', the hit based on Masami Kurumada's manga. The opening 'Pegasus Fantasy' remains beloved as a song emblematic of the work, and they also handled the ending 'Blue Forever' and the insert song 'Can't Say Good-bye'. 'Pegasus Fantasy' was used repeatedly in the films 'Evil Goddess Eris', 'The Heated Battle of the Gods' and 'Warriors of the Final Holy War', becoming a song that symbolises the work's fierce battles. Their driving rock sound and powerful vocals vividly coloured the struggles of the Saints.
