Takako Ota

Artist

A female vocalist known as a representative songstress of 1980s magical-girl anime. For 'Creamy Mami, the Magic Angel', the first work in Studio Pierrot's magical-girl series, she sang in a way that linked to the setting of the heroine performing as an idol after her transformation, delivering signature songs such as the opening 'Delicate ni Suki Shite', the ending 'LOVE Sarigenaku', and 'Pajama no Mama de'. She also showcased 'Genki Desu ka?' and 'Girls' Talk' in OVAs and specials such as 'Eien no Once More', 'Long Goodbye' and 'Lovely Serenade', consistently supporting the series' music. Having also handled an insert song for 'The Three Musketeers Anime', she built an era with her glittering idol pop.
