For 'Seton's Animal Tales: Banner the Squirrel' she performed 'Kimi wa Neko ja Nai' and 'Hickory no Kinomi', lending gentle warmth to its small-creature tales, and for 'Futako no Monchhichi' she delivered the lively, approachable 'Hachi-ji da yo! Futago no Monchhichi'. Her tender, story-attuned singing made her one of the voices that colored children's anime of the period.
