Sayaka Sasaki
Artist
ササキサヤカ
Sayaka Sasaki is a Japanese female singer from Akita Prefecture. She won the grand prize at Animax's All-Japan Anison Grand Prix, and following that victory made her full-fledged debut with Seisai no Ripieno, the opening theme of the television anime The Book of Bantorra. Her voice is known for its strength and clean, straight-ahead projection, a style perfectly suited to the emotional peaks of anime theme songs. Over the years, she has continued to perform across a wide range of genres, including Break your world from Senran Kagura as well as theme songs for Kemono Jihen and many other anime. Her ability to bring conviction and power to each performance has made her one of the reliably dependable voices in the modern anisong scene.
