Tetsuya Kakihara is a Japanese male voice actor and singer born in Dusseldorf, Germany, where he was raised until around age eighteen. With his sweet, polished voice and international background, he has voiced many lead roles across anime and games. An active solo singer under Kiramune, he performed String of pain, the ending theme of the TV anime Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun, in which he stars as protagonist Shino Inuzuka. The track, his first anime tie-in single, captures the show's elegant, supernatural atmosphere.
