カキハラテツヤ

Tetsuya Kakihara is a Japanese male voice actor and singer celebrated for his sweet, richly textured vocal style, which has made him a perennial favorite for leading roles across anime and video games. Born and raised in Germany, he brings a bilingual, internationally flavored background to his work and has become a familiar presence at anime events both in Japan and abroad. Beyond his acting career, Kakihara is also an active solo singer, and he often contributes theme songs to anime in which he stars, allowing him to fully inhabit a character from first line to final note. That was the case with Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East (Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun), the supernatural action series loosely inspired by the classic Japanese novel Nansou Satomi Hakkenden, in which he voices one of the main characters. Staying in role, he performed the ending theme "String of pain," delivering a sleek, emotional track that complements the anime's brooding, gothic atmosphere perfectly.
