Sen Tokugawa is one of the sword-wielding heroines in the TV anime Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Bride, the ecchi-action sequel to Samurai Girls that reimagines historical Japanese figures as beautiful young female warriors in an alternate-universe Edo period. In that twist on history, Sen is a descendant of the Tokugawa line, a noblewoman whose samurai pride and feisty personality drive much of her character's humor and drama. She is voiced by Minako Kotobuki, a Japanese voice actress and singer known for her work across anime and music, whose sharp, lively delivery suits Sen's strong-willed attitude. In character, Kotobuki joins her co-stars on the ending theme "Kekkyoku, Guuzen de Sourou," a character-song-style group number performed alongside Yagyu Jubei and Sanada Yukimura. The track lets the three main heroines share a fun, in-character musical moment and remains one of the more memorable character-song contributions from the Samurai Bride franchise for its fans.
