After his debut in the web anime Armed Middle Schoolers, he rose to prominence playing Saitama, the protagonist of One-Punch Man. He takes on a wide range of roles with grounded performances combining power and softness, including Miyuki Shirogane in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War and Hiroto Suwa in orange. As a singer, he has voiced many anime themes tied to his starring works, including Chizu ga Nakute mo Modoru Kara (ED of One-Punch Man Season 2), Soko ni Aru Akari (ED of One-Punch Man Season 3), Honjitsu mo Makoto ni Seiten Nari (OP of Woodpecker Detective's Office), Ware, Bara ni In Su (OP of Requiem of the Rose King), and Hightail it (ED of Hightail Me, Takamine-san).
