Nico Yazawa is a third-year student at Otonokizaka High School and a member of μ's, the school idol group of the anime Love Live!. Petite, with long twin pigtails and the heart-shaped 'Nicco nicco nii' pose, she is one of the franchise's most instantly recognizable images. She loudly insists she is the most idol-like member of the group, but beneath that self-absorbed exterior sits a devoted older sister who cares deeply for her siblings and harbors an earnest love of idol culture. She is voiced and sung by Sora Tokui, a member of the voice-actress unit μ's, whose cute, pert delivery on tracks like the ending theme 'Kitto Seishun ga Kikoeru' locks Nico's larger-than-life persona into the music.
