A half-Russian student council president with perfect posture and flawless grades, she is introduced as aloof and businesslike, but the story gradually reveals old ballet dreams and a warm, caring core beneath her composed surface, giving her one of the richest arcs among the members. She is voiced and sung by Yoshino Nanjo, a voice actress and singer known as the vocalist of the electronic unit fripSide and the voice behind its A Certain Scientific Railgun opening themes. Nanjo's graceful, clear delivery balances Eli's dignity and hidden warmth beautifully.
