Kayoko Yoshizawa is a singer-songwriter from Kawaguchi, Saitama. Raised in a town of metal-casting factories, she grew up on Yosui Inoue through her father. She began writing in her teens and made her major debut with Getsuyobi Sensou, theme of the drama Kakuu OL Nikki. Her idiosyncratic lyrics blend girlishness and storytelling, and she wrote Tasokare (OP, Tasokare Hotel).
