XIIX is a music duo of UNISON SQUARE GARDEN's guitarist-vocalist Kosuke Saito and longtime collaborator, bassist Masaru Sudo. Beginning with their first album White White, they pursue urbane sound grounded in pop sensibility that crosses rock, jazz, funk, and R&B. Saito writes for the project, channeling his musical exploration and deep trust with Sudo. For the TV anime Magic Maker they delivered Kirameki, a light, airy rock number that sits snugly within the fantasy world of the series.
