ASTERISM is a three-piece heavy metal band formed in Fukuoka when its members were still teenagers, introduced through Yamaha competitions: HAL-CA on guitar, MIYU on bass, and MIO on drums. They call their own style mass metal, metal aimed at reaching broader audiences, and work globally across both virtuoso instrumentals and vocal tracks. They have played major festivals such as SXSW and Knotfest Japan, touring in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. They landed their first anime tie-in with Crescendo, the OP of the TV anime Even Given the Worthless 'Appraiser' Class, I'm Actually the Strongest.
