UniteUp! is a multi-dimensional idol project produced by Sony Music Entertainment. It comprises multiple units with distinct identities: rookie group PROTOSTAR made up of former online singers, dance-focused LEGIT, band-style JAXX/JAXX emphasizing group bonds, and legendary duo Anela who guide the others. After launching through cover song videos on their official YouTube channel, they perform the TV anime UniteUp! opening 'Unite up!' and the sequel UniteUp! -Uni:Birth- opening 'Uni:Birth' as a combined unit, while also actively holding real-world live concerts.
