Sakurako & Mumu is an in-universe character duo from the TV anime Uchujin Mumu, pairing heroine Sakurako Umeyashiki (voiced by Momono Harumi) with the alien Mumu (voiced by Etsuko Kozakura) who moves in with her. They cover Sayonara Jinrui—the Tama classic written by Yoichiro Yanagihara and composed by Yanagihara together with Tomoyaki Chiku, Koji Ishikawa, and Koji Takimoto—in an arrangement by the Kuricorder Quartet as the ending theme, delivering vocals that settle snugly into the show's nostalgic, pastoral air.
