Male singer and actor, real name Isao Sasaki. After debuting as a rockabilly vocalist, he moved full-scale into anime song with Neo-Human Casshern. Armed with a weighty, expansive voice, he has delivered many hits such as Space Battleship Yamato and Galaxy Express 999, and is counted among the Four Heavenly Kings of anime song alongside Ichiro Mizuki, Mitsuko Horie, and Kumiko Osugi. He has continued to sing for later works, including the Galaxy Railways themes 'Ginga Tetsudou wa Haruka Nari' and 'Ginga no Kirameki' and the opening of Kissdum -ENGAGE planet-, embodying heroism in sound across generations.
