Female singer from Wakayama Prefecture. Selected as a major new talent in a teen audition, she landed the opening of the Gundam series straight out of the gate with her debut single 'Believe,' using a powerful, unwavering voice. 'Realize' followed as another Mobile Suit Gundam SEED theme, forging a deep bond with the franchise, and she went on to contribute related songs such as 'Reason,' 'Result,' and 'IDentity.' She has also belted out rock tunes for other works, including 'Brightdown,' an opening of D.Gray-man. A winner of the Japan Gold Disc Award for new artist, she has long stood as a face of driving anime songs.
