Yo Oizumi is an actor and TV personality from Hokkaido. A member of the theater unit TEAM NACS, he is also known for his singing career including 「Ano Sora ni Tatsu Tou no You ni」 written for him by Koji Tamaki. With 「Kagero」, the ending theme of the anime Hikuidori: Ushu Borotobigumi, he landed his first anime tie-up — a reunion with Tamaki who composed the song, while Oizumi and Tetsuya Gekko co-wrote the lyrics, sitting alongside a story of Edo-era firefighters.
