Himika Akaneya is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Yurihonjo, Akita. After passing an Avex and 81 Produce joint audition, she debuted as a member of the voice-actress idol unit i☆Ris. Known for roles such as Laala Manaka in 'PriPara', she also pursues solo anime tie-ups alongside group work. For the 'MF Ghost' series she performed 'Stereo Sunset' and 'Side U' produced by AmPm, and 'Yokan no Tochu' produced by Taku Takahashi, delivering a crystalline yet grounded voice across multiple seasons and leaving a distinctive mark on the anisong scene.
