YUNGBLUD is the solo project of Dominic Harrison, a singer-songwriter from Doncaster, England. Based in rebellious punk and alternative rock while also absorbing elements of pop and hip-hop, his genre-less musical style has earned him worldwide popularity, especially among younger audiences. His trademarks are highly message-driven lyrics and vocals that hurl raw emotion into every note. He wrote and performed "Abyss," the opening theme of the TV anime Kaiju No. 8, expressing protagonist Kafka Hibino's inner conflict and resolve through a rough yet beautiful sound. It became a major talking point as an anime theme by an international artist.
