Togenashi Togeari is a five-member girls rock band born out of the anime Girls Band Cry project. Chosen through a "Girls Rock Audition" held by agehasprings, Universal Music and Toei Animation, the members Rina (vocals), Yuri (guitar), Mirei (drums), Nato (keyboards) and Subaru (bass) form an unusual project in which they both perform as a real band and voice the main characters of the anime itself. Through urgent, impulsive and powerful playing and robust lyrics charged with anger and inner conflict, they embody the image of a genuine girls band.
