nano is a bilingual singer born and raised in New York City to Japanese parents. Exposed to choir, piano, and violin as a child in the U.S., she grew passionate about Japanese anime songs after being inspired by anime and later moved to Japan to pursue music. Her work is characterized by lyrics that freely switch between Japanese and English and powerful, husky rock vocals. She has performed numerous anime theme songs including 『KEMURIKUSA』 (OP for 『Kemurikusa』), 『DREAMCATCHER』 (ED for 『Magical Girl Raising Project』), 『Bull's Eye』 (OP for 『Aria the Scarlet Ammo AA』), and the OP for 『Chain Chronicle: Haecceitas no Hikari』, establishing a unique presence in the anime song scene.
