Harumi is a female singer born in the Philippines to a Japanese father and Filipina mother, who spent her early childhood there before moving to Japan. A trilingual artist fluent in Tagalog, Japanese, and English, she made her major debut through Sony Music armed with soulful, soaring vocals. Her major debut single 『Pride』 was used as the ED theme for the TV anime 『Nami yo Kiite Kure』 (Wave, Listen to Me!), and she also performed 『Namonai Hana』, the ED theme for the TV anime 『Ars no Kyojuu』 (The Great Beast of Ars). She is highly regarded for her ability to envelop listeners in emotionally rich ballads backed by her life experience.
