Luminous Witches is a voice-actress idol unit consisting of nine members, featured in "Luminous Witches," an anime in the "World Witches" franchise that began with "Strike Witches." Based on the concept of "witches who don't fight"—protecting people's smiles with songs and music—the group reverses the martial premise of earlier entries in the series. Since 2019 they have also performed as a real-life idol group, releasing CD singles and staging concerts with an enthusiastic schedule of musical activities.
