RISE is a fictional idol unit from the TV anime "Extreme Hearts," composed of five members: former artist Hiyori Hayama alongside Saki Kodaka, Sumika Maehara, Yukino Tachibana, and Rise Kohinata. Within the story, they pursue success in "Extreme Hearts," a fictional new sport. The voice cast also performs the group's songs both inside and outside the anime, including the ending theme "SUNRISE," a fresh, upbeat pop anthem that accompanies the show's heartfelt coming-of-age drama.
