Jibaku Shounen Band is the credit for a special musical unit formed to perform "No.7," the opening theme for the TV anime "Toilet-bound Hanako-kun." The project paired twin vocalists—actor Takashi Ikuta and singer-songwriter Masayoshi Oishi—with the creator unit ZiNG (featuring Pierre Nakano of Ling Tosite Sigure, among others) handling production. Their pop-meets-dark sound left a strong impression on this mystical, bittersweet love story rooted in Japanese school ghost legends.
