After breaking through as a child actor, she rose to wide recognition as Rin Hoshizora in the Love Live! franchise and as a member of the voice-actress unit μ's, all while building an equally vigorous solo discography. For the TV anime Boarding School Juliet she sang 'Itsuka Sekai ga Kawaru Made,' an ending theme whose translucent vocals and bittersweet yet resolute melody gently uphold the story of two students from rival nations who secretly chase a forbidden love at their shared boarding school.
