As Urushi — the shogi-club president whose tender feelings grow while sparring with her junior clubmate Ayumu Tanaka — Nakamura performs the ending theme '50cm', a fresh pop number composed by Arte Refact's Yuki Honda that gently traces the awkward push-and-pull of adolescent rivalry-turned-romance, well-suited to Soichiro Yamamoto's source manga.
